Why can't I access my account through Account Look Up?
Q: Why can't I access my account through Account Look Up?
A: This is most likely because you have session cookies disabled.
In order to enable session cookies in:
- IE 6.x
- In the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab and click the Advanced button below (not the Advanced tab!).
- Check the box labeled Override automatic cookie handling.
- Check the box labeled Always allow session cookies.
- Click OK until you have left Internet Options.
- IE 5.x
- In the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab, then select the Internet Zone.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Cookies section and enable per-session (not stored) cookies.
- Click OK until you have left Internet Options.
Please note: You may have to close all IE browser windows and then launch a fresh browser for the settings to take effect.
