FlexFolder is the ultimate professional brochure package for Independent advisors. It organizes your entire marketing package and provides uniform look throughout all your materials. It’s easy to produce and can grow with your business.
FlexFolder has two components, a pocket folder and brochure inserts.
Pocket Folder. You choose a pocket folder from our attractive assortment, and we customize it with your branding, placing your logo on the cover, matching it to your corporate colors. Your pocket folder’s design will match brochure inserts we create for you.
Inserts. We provide three choices of brochure inserts for your FlexFolder pocket folder: Brochure inserts come with a choice of template designs and marketing copy to fit any firm’s budget and type of practice:
- Elite Brochure: a full-color eight-page brochure bound in 100 lb. cover stock that is perfect for advisory firms competing for high-net-worth clients with private banks, Wall Street consultants, or trust companies.
- Choice Brochure: an 11” by 17” bi-folded brochure that we design, complete with marketing copy, and print professionally in quantities as small as 200.
- FlexInserts. Attractively laid out single sheets with your staff biographies and explanations of your services, printed in full color on 80 lb. stock.
Marketing Copy Made Easy. We’ve written marketing copy for all types of advisory firms—financial planners, fee-only advisors, wealth managers, fiduciaries, insurance advisors and registered reps. You select the copy that best suits your firm. All brochure inserts for FlexFolder can utilize API’s Template Marketing Copy.
Flexibility. To complement our brochure inserts, you can also insert your fee schedule, Form ADV, press clippings, and other information about your firm: You can easily target packages to different types of clients by simply adding targeted brochure inserts, such as a Choice Brochure aimed at 401(k) sponsors or prospects for fiduciary services.
Grows With You. Your services probably change year to year and employees come and go. With FlexFolder, revising your brochure couldn't be simpler. Unlike traditional brochures printed on an offset press, API inserts are printed digitally. With an offset press, you must purchase 1,000 or more brochures to enjoy economies of scale. Not so with our digital press. We print in small quantities. It isn’t so costly to discard outdated inserts and print new ones. In addition, API is a professional print shop and we have our own digital press on premises. So we control the quality of every job we produce from start to finish.
